WillowSageTarot offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting my site and/or purchasing something from WillowSageTarot, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. SECTION 1 – DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
I am not a licensed doctor, lawyer, accountant, psychologist or financial advisor.
My readings provide guidance to help you prepare for different situations or possibilities in life. The outcomes of these are always subject to change depending on your actions and your own free will. A tarot reading cannot predict exact dates of events like when someone will die, get married, become pregnant, buy a house, etc. It’s impossible for me to predict such things as winning lottery numbers or give you detailed information about past lives. Nor, can I predict what third-party spells will be cast against you or had already been done.
Tarot readings cannot be used to predict the future with certainty, and you should never rely upon my readings to make decisions that could affect your legal, financial or medical condition. If your inquiry involves any of these fields, you should seek the advice from a licensed or qualified professional. A tarot reading cannot replace professional mental health care.
If you live in a jurisdiction where a tarot professional is legally required to tell you that tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only, then you are hereby notified thereof.

My Mission
My mission is to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all services rendered to my clients. As an active member of the tarot community, I am committed to maintaining public trust in my profession. I use the tarot as a means of assisting clients with my professional experience, intuition, spirituality and creativity.
My Role
My role is to provide my clients with spiritual guidance and help them to identify other points of view more aligned with their goals and desires.
The Scope
My tarot readings fall outside the scope of any occult sciences. They are not fortune telling or predicting the future, nor do they state the future mental faculties of any person.
Supporting Healing
It’s important for me to make reasonable efforts to explain the reading to my client, use an interpretive process, and analyze or intuitively understand the meaning of the reading. I strive to support my client’s healing process and help the client to find the most positive potential outcomes for her situation.
My Limitations
I cannot claim to cure any ailment, outside the lawful practice of medicine. Nor can I claim to provide any financial benefits outside the lawful practices of financial analysis and management. As a general rule, I won’t pretend to offer legal, medical or financial advice. Unless I also have the relevant educational background, licenses, certificates, and/or qualifications, I will never pretend to be a psychologist, counselor, or other type of mental health professional.
Rejecting Subsequent Reading Requests
If I feel or have reason to believe my client is using tarots to substitute for counseling from a qualified mental healthcare professional, I am forced to reject subsequent reading requests and refer my client to seek qualified mental health professional support.
Tarot readings can however, be used as supplements to qualified counseling or serve as life coaching or general spiritual guides.
Referrals to Qualified Professionals
My clients’ best interests are always at heart of my business. If needed, I will never hesitate to refer my clients to any qualified professionals. If there is any legal issue involved, I will refer them to a lawyer. If an inquiry touches on health or medical matters, I will refer my clients to seek diagnosis by a qualified medical doctor. If any inquiry touches upon financial or real property matters, I will refer my clients to seek advice from a financial advisor, accountant, or real estate professional who specializes in these matters.
Third Party Consent
If you ask me to read for you on inquiries concerning personal affairs, business, intents, or mental faculties of people who aren’t present during the reading, I must get their written permission before starting the reading. For instance, examples of such inquiries may be: “Does she love me?”, “Is he cheating on me?” or “What will my boss do next?” If the client attests that they have obtained the required express of consent of the third party, I may reasonably rely upon their attestation.
Reading for Minors
I believe that tarot readings should not be made for minors, only adults, as a child may not be mature enough to understand the reading correctly. The reading may also interfere with the child’s own choices when growing up. However, in some specific circumstances, I may be able to do an exception. In any case, if you’re a minor under 18 (eighteen) years of age, I can’t do a reading for you unless you’ve got parental consent or permission from your legal guardians. Regardless of parental/guardian consent, I reserve the right not to read if I feel so appropriate.
Adherence to any Applicable Laws
All applicable laws will be followed and adhered to. I will be knowledgeable regarding all applicable state and local laws regarding fortune telling, including statues and local municipal codes, amongst others, within my own jurisdiction.
Keeping Records
I may, at my own discretion, keep records or files on my client readings. I have however, no specific obligation to keep any client records of my readings.
If I do choose to keep client records, I must develop and maintain an appropriate system for storing my clients’ personal information in a way that will reasonably protect their confidentiality and privacy. Please find more information about confidentiality under my privacy policy page.
SECTION 3 – ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING & STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use my services or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 4 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

I reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but I have no obligation to update any information on my site. I reserve the right, but am not obligated, to limit the sales of my Services or products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services or products that I offer.
All descriptions of services, products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to discontinue any service or product at any time. Any offer for any service or product made on this website site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 8 – PAYMENT
I will not schedule your tarot reading, before you have paid for your session. When you book a consultation with me, I will make sure that the specific time frame is reserved for you exclusively.
If you’re late for your appointment, the time will be subtracted from your session and you’ll still be billed for the full amount. Please understand that I have other clients and responsibilities. I do recognize though, that you may be late due to technical issues and I will therefore do my best to work with you as long as it is not interfering with time booked with another client or activity in my schedule.
If there are any additional costs or fees involved with my services, I will clearly state and communicate them to you before I start your consultation. I will never push or force my clients into buying any additional services. Due to my self-imposed code of ethics I will not pressure, compel, or imply to my clients that additional services from me are needed after the reading is completed.
SECTION 9 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. I may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at my website or web shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 10 – REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If, for any personal reason, I am not available or able to do the tarot reading, a full and immediate refund will be provided. You’ll then have the option of rescheduling an appointment at your convenience, through the WillowSageTarot website.
Refunds will be provided only if both parties agree to the refund, after the actual tarot reading has not been performed. Refunds will however, not be issued due to you not liking the reading for any reason. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own decisions. A tarot reading is only intended to help you clarify your emotions and mental state. Decisions should never be made based on it.
SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
I may provide you with access to third-party tools over which I neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that I provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. I shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the website is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
I may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
